Min Cook Misoyaki is a Japanese grilled fish and rice bowl restaurant near Hwajeong Station in Goyang, Gyeonggi, run by the 23-year veteran brand Min Cook Dashima. A family of four visited for weekend lunch and, because the store is built mostly around bar seating, split across two 2-person tables facing front and back to eat extra-large grilled miso mackerel, sake-don, and Korean pork tonkatsu.
