On a cool day, I enjoyed deep chocolate and mango ice cream plus deep chocolate lattes at its outdoor seats, with generous toppings and prices that felt reasonable for Seongsu. Verdict: Mellows is a great-value dessert stop after a Seoul Forest walk.
