Seoul Square basement gyukatsu with wasabi salt, a dinner date: Furato
Furato Shokudo Seoul Square Direct Store is a Japanese gyukatsu (beef cutlet) restaurant on the first basement floor of Seoul Square by Seoul Station, in Jung-gu, Seoul. For a dinner date the writer ordered gyukatsu at 19,500 won and Japanese-style omurice at 14,500 won and grilled the beef on the personal brazier set into each table, finding wasabi with salt the best of the sauces on offer. Adding butter to the brazier and grilling it with the beef made the meal noticeably richer, and the whole dinner arrived fast in a clean Japanese-style dining room.
