Osteria Lucia is an Italian restaurant near Hakdong Station in Gangnam, Seoul, where I had two pastas and mushroom risotto with a coworker for lunch. The creamy Hanwoo ragu bianco, whose beef flavor still came through, was the standout; the modern interior and separated group space also caught my eye.
