How well did the cleansing balm remove waterproof eyeliner?

I applied tint, eyeshadow, lipstick, and waterproof eyeliner on my arm, then tested the cleansing balm. I scooped out a suitable amount, rolled it gently over the makeup, and rinsed with lukewarm water.

After the first cleanse, everything came off except the waterproof eyeliner. A second round of cleansing removed the eyeliner as well, though I felt a lip and eye remover would help for heavier lip or eye makeup.

What is the texture like, and how do you use it?

At first it felt like a Vaseline-type texture, but it melted with the warmth of my hands and was easy to roll around. I didn't feel any irritation while rolling it on.

Before rinsing, I added a bit of water to go through an emulsifying step — the oil and water mix and turn white before you rinse it off, so it seems better not to skip this step during use.

What comes in the jar?

Inside the paper box was a black case along with a spatula. The spatula could be fixed onto the lid. I removed the protective film after separating the lid, though the method was a bit confusing at first.

Is HEEDA's charcoal cleansing balm okay for sensitive skin?

I tend to feel irritation on my skin if I use the wrong cleansing product. During this arm test and rolling process I didn't feel any irritation, but since skin reactions vary by person, it seems wise to check your own skin condition before using it on your face.
