Seasoned ribs and naengmyeon at a Gwangalli Korean BBQ, Myeongseung
Myeongseung Jeju Saenggogi is a Korean BBQ restaurant near Gwangalli in Suyeong, Busan, that grills Jeju black pork. On a return visit three months later, the writer ordered two servings of Jeju black pork belly (15,000 won per serving) plus two servings of the seasoned ribs that were sold out last time, along with naengmyeon (cold buckwheat noodles), soybean stew and rice. Ordering both cuts was the right call at Myeongseung Jeju Saenggogi: the pork belly goes with myeoljeot and bracken, while the seasoned ribs are made for rice and cold noodles.
