The shop has a clean interior with blue accents, and Downtowner's signature feel really comes through. It catches your eye from the entrance, and inside it's spacious and pleasant, so coming alone didn't feel awkward at all.

Food arrived quickly after ordering, which would be great for office workers with short lunch breaks. The self-serve bar was neatly kept, and returning your tray after the meal was easy. There were also notices for a review event and T day discounts, so you can pick up some perks too! Little events like that put me in a good mood. I ordered the egg bulgogi burger set! On top of that I added cream cheese chicken bites and a refreshing wasabi sparkling drink. The set comes with fries and a drink, so it was filling, and since the drink is self-serve you can have as much as you like, which I was very happy about.
