Terrace truffle gnocchi dinner at Pasta Trio, a Nonhyeon pasta spot

Pasta Trio is a pasta restaurant near Exit 5 of Nonhyeon Station in Seocho, Seoul, run by three chefs who each have more than 10 years in the kitchen. On a weekday evening, just after the 15:00–17:00 break time ended, a terrace table at Pasta Trio brought shrimp oil pasta (18,000 won), truffle porcini gnocchi (20,000 won) and crème brûlée (1,000 won per main ordered), and every seat was taken within about 30 minutes. The shrimp aroma that holds to the last bite and the chewy handmade gnocchi are worth booking ahead for.
