It was seriously so delicious, but there was just too much, so I left some behind.. T_T I still keep thinking about it

With the first sip of broth at Yangeunine, you can't help but go "Kya~" at how refreshing it is! Maybe because they put in good ingredients without holding back, the broth was deep and rich yet sharp and spicy, and it really settled my stomach. It's great as a drinking snack and perfect as a hangover soup too. 🥘

What does the squid bossam taste like?

Yangeunine's squid bossam pairs soft, tender boiled pork with sweet and spicy squid, and what can I even say, haha! Eaten with the house-made special sauce and kimchi, the savory flavor just exploded. There was no off smell at all, it was so clean that I kept reaching for more, an irresistible dish. 🥩

Finishing with mul naengmyeon

The last part of the set is mul naengmyeon with ice floating in the broth. After the meat and the pollack stew, finishing with cold noodles refreshed my mouth and gave the meal a perfect beginning-to-end arc! 🍜
