Interior: white tones and a chandelier
37.5 Signature Cheongdam is a bright space with a white interior and a hanging chandelier. The tables are spaced comfortably, which suited a weekend brunch.

The white interior and chandelier caught my eye the moment I walked in, and the whole place felt bright and upscale.

The tables aren't crammed together, so we could eat comfortably, and I thought it was a really fitting place for a weekend brunch.

I think it would also be good for a date, a family meal or a get-together with friends. When I visited, there were lots of families.
The menu and what we ordered
Besides brunch, the menu at 37.5 Signature Cheongdam covers pasta, risotto, pilaf and salads. We ordered the Montblanc cream pasta and the cube steak pilaf.

The menu goes beyond brunch to pasta, risotto, pilaf and salads, so there was plenty to choose from. We went with the Montblanc cream pasta and the cube steak pilaf.

Just so you know, if you do the receipt review event, you get an Americano or a soft drink.
Cube steak pilaf, ₩23,900: how does it taste?
The cube steak pilaf costs ₩23,900 and comes with beef cube steak (bucchaesal, a flat-iron-style cut) and a yuzu salad. The meat was tender, clean-tasting and mild, and the risotto was creamy without being too much.

The hearty pilaf came with juicy cube steak and a fresh yuzu salad, and it looked appetizing from the plating onward.

Big pieces of beef were piled on generously, with fresh vegetables alongside, so it felt like a balanced meal just from looking at it.

The meat was tender, clean-tasting and mild, and the risotto was creamy but not overwhelming, so I kept going back for more.

Best of all, I liked that you can eat the meat and vegetables together.

With protein and vegetables in the same bowl, the beef risotto was filling and satisfying. The portion wasn't small either, and one plate alone left me quite full.
Montblanc cream pasta, ₩24,900: spicy cod roe cream
The Montblanc cream pasta costs ₩24,900 and comes in a spicy cod roe cream sauce. The pasta is served inside a huge Montblanc bread, a look so unusual that it was great for photos.
Enjoying the cream pasta together with the soft, crispy Montblanc bread was really impressive.

With the pasta served inside a giant Montblanc, the unusual look made it great for photos.

The pasta sauce was really good too. The cream sauce wasn't heavy or greasy, but smooth and nutty, so I could eat it to the end without feeling weighed down, and the sauce soaked into the noodles so every bite was satisfying. There was plenty of sauce, enough to dip the Montblanc in.

The salad that came with it was satisfying as well. The yuzu dressing kept it fresh and tangy, and alternating it with the cream pasta left my mouth feeling clean.

My favorite part was the texture of the Montblanc. The buttery bread pulls apart in layers, so every bite was crispy yet moist. It's tasty on its own, but with the cream sauce the flavor was much richer.
The noodles were cooked nicely too, so overall it was a satisfying dish.
Verdict: is it worth it for Cheongdam brunch?
If you're looking for a brunch place with a nice atmosphere in Cheongdam, I think 37.5 Signature Cheongdam is worth a visit. Spending a relaxed time with my husband over a filling, tasty meal made it even better, and next time I'd like to try the other brunch dishes and the French toast.
