Pyu Euljiro is a contemporary dining restaurant tucked inside the ground floor of the Tower107 building near Euljiro 3-ga Station in Jung-gu, Seoul. On a reserved weekend afternoon, Pyu Euljiro served an iced latte first, then garden tomato risotto, charcoal-grilled octopus with romesco and crispy fried eggplant, and all three plates were cleared. With high ceilings and wide gaps between tables, Pyu Euljiro works just as well for weekend brunch as it does for a first date.
