Dotdot Milyang Main Branch is a Jeju-style pork BBQ restaurant behind the Samun Jugong apartments in Samun-dong, Milyang. A walk-in visit at 7pm meant a 20-30 minute wait for the Dotdot Special (raw), which brings ogyeopsal (five-layer pork belly), kkodeulsal (chewy neck cartilage meat), galmaegisal (skirt meat), double pork jowl and cheek meat, followed by kimchi mari naengguksu (cold kimchi noodle soup) and myeongnan mayo rice. First-timers at Dotdot do best to sample the cuts in the special, then order more of whichever meat they liked.
