Zoblack's atmosphere and interior

Zoblack, near Haeundae, catches your eye with its clean, stylish exterior~ The moment I stepped in, the smell of fresh-baked bread filled the shop, and that scent alone put me in a good mood. The salt breads on display looked so tempting that I just had to grab some right away.
The inside is spacious and kept clean, so it was comfortable to use. The stylish interior makes it a nice spot for photos too, and I think it's a one-of-a-kind salt bread shop!
Zoblack's menu and how to order

Besides salt bread, Zoblack sells coffee and tea~ I should try the coffee next time.

The best of the day: Zoblack's anbutter salt bread

The tastiest thing on this return visit to Zoblack was the anbutter salt bread. The crisp outside and moist inside left an impression. One bite and the butter flavor came through rich, with the salty note on top, simple but addictive. There are so many places selling salt bread these days, but Zoblack's stands out for its butter aroma and texture, so you'll see why it's famous. The butter in the anbutter tastes high-end, too.

Zoblack's salt bread has a butter flavor that isn't overpowering, yet the nutty richness lingers, so it's easy to eat without feeling heavy. The surface is baked crisp and the inside is moist, and I was really happy with the texture. I meant to eat just one, but before I knew it I was reaching for a second. Even after getting home, I kept thinking about it.

Packed with cream cheese: scallion cream cheese salt bread
Zoblack's scallion cream cheese salt bread is packed with cream cheese!! The scallion aroma comes through subtly, and with the salt bread filled with cream cheese, you really taste the cheese.

The pollock roe salt bread I bought 2 of this time
This is the pollock roe salt bread you absolutely have to eat at Zoblack. The combination of a moderately salty flavor and nuttiness is really good~ I loved it last time too, so this time I bought 2.
