Ttukseom dessert café anniversary cake: the 2-hour chill rule at
Notldun is a dessert café in Seongsu, Seoul, a 5-minute walk from Ttukseom Station and close to Seoul Forest. The order was a salty caramel mille-feuille and a decaf iced americano in-store, plus the signature Forêt Noire cake packed in a cooler bag for an anniversary. Because the mousse-based cake has to go in the fridge after 2 hours, the shape at Notldun slumped a little, but the flavor was still perfect.
