Sindang Seoul Korean BBQ with only five menu items: Jinseong Hanwoo
Jinseong Hanwoo Gopchang Sindang Direct Branch is a hanwoo beef intestine restaurant right outside Exit 7 of Sindang Station in Jung-gu, Seoul. The menu has only five items — hanwoo gopchang (small intestine) 19,000 won, hanwoo daechang (large intestine) 19,000 won and hanwoo makchang (abomasum) 20,000 won — so the writer ordered one of each, and staff set a timer, grilled and cut everything at the table. With mijeolma sauce made from minari and pickled garlic, three house-made kimchis and kkakdugi yangbap (kimchi fried rice) for 9,000 won to finish, Jinseong Hanwoo Gopchang is a hassle-free pick near Sindang Station.
