Miraehoegwan Hannam is a dry-aged pork and beef grill bar on the second floor of a building in an alley off Daesagwan-ro 31-gil in Hannam-dong, Seoul. The order was Set A (pork neck plus dry-aged pork belly) with somaek (beer and soju), grilled at the table by staff and eaten with myeongi-namul (pickled wild garlic leaves), pa-kimchi, baek-kimchi and four sauces. Between the aging of the meat and the full spread of side dishes and sauces, Miraehoegwan Hannam is a Hannam-dong Korean BBQ spot that suits a special occasion.
