The parking lot was so spacious! It's always easy to park here, haha. Even if it's full, you get 3 hours free at the public parking lot, so there's really nothing to worry about. Just head in here and go up to the 2nd floor~

The inside was spacious and clean overall, so we could eat comfortably. The tables had a nice amount of space between them too! There were families and office workers alike eating there. There's also plenty of group seating, so it's great for work dinners, family gatherings, or any kind of meal.

Side dishes and fish-flake seaweed soup

Full spread of basic side dishes at Haemokjeong Yeonsu Main Branch

The basic side dishes were really generous too. Tangy salad, jellyfish with mustard dressing, water kimchi, seasoned garlic scapes, pickles — each one came out neatly.

Self-serve corner for side dish refills

You can refill extra side dishes at the self-serve corner!

What I liked best was the seaweed soup!! It wasn't just plain seaweed soup — it had fish flakes in it, so the broth had a much deeper, more refreshing flavor. The moment I took a spoonful, my whole body warmed up and I felt like I was being nourished, haha. Even before the main dish arrived, I kept reaching for that seaweed soup ^_^

Abalone seafood stew for two, ₩58,000, mild spice

Generous serving of abalone seafood stew for two

Ta-da~!!! We ordered the abalone seafood stew for two (₩58,000)~! You can choose mild or spicy, and we went with mild.

The moment the dish arrived, the first thing that caught my eye was just how generous it looked!! There were big abalone as well as shrimp, octopus, clams and more seafood packed in without holding back — my mouth was watering just looking at it.

The abalone was large and had a chewy yet tender texture! They even clean it for you in advance, which makes it much easier to eat~~

A tender piece of boneless anglerfish

There was such a wide variety of seafood in there, and everything was fresh without any fishy taste, haha. And none of it was chewy in a bad way!!

The boneless anglerfish was unbelievably tender ㅠㅠ Dip it in the seafood soy sauce and it's the best!

Above all, the seasoning here is genuinely delicious. It wasn't too intense, but had a deep savory flavor that paired perfectly with the seafood! The spice level was just right too, so I kept eating — it has that addictive taste >_<

Finishing with fried rice

Of course, the way to finish a seafood stew is fried rice ^^ The seasoning was so good that the fried rice was amazing too ㅠㅠ Fried rice isn't optional, it's mandatory...

It's even better if you leave a bit of seafood to fry in together~

Cold barley tea to finish the meal

We finished with cold barley tea, haha. Wrapping up with cool barley tea felt totally satisfying, haha. With fresh seafood, a generous spread, and delicious seasoning, everything was great — I think this is a good place for family meals, work dinners, or special occasions. If you're looking for a great abalone seafood stew or seafood stew spot in Yeonsu-dong, Incheon, I'd recommend Haemokjeong Yeonsu Main Branch!! I'm planning to come back again whenever the craving hits.
