Yeouido salad restaurant with filling wraps and chili pasta: Singsing Salad

I visited Singsing Salad Yeouido Branch, near Yeouido Station, IFC Mall, and the International Finance Center.

Since it sells salads and poke bowls, I went in expecting a light meal, but the portions were bigger than I expected and I was really full.

I had the Crispy Tender Wrap and Chili Stir-fried Pasta, and both were so delicious.

Singsing Salad Yeouido Branch sells a wide range of items, including salads, poke bowls, pasta, and wraps.

Going by the name, I expected only mild health-food or diet-style dishes, so I was surprised by how delicious everything was.

It is in a convenient spot for Yeouido office workers to stop by for lunch or dinner, which may be why there were so many customers. I avoided the lunch rush and visited around 2 p.m., but people were still constantly coming and going.

The interior was not especially spacious.

The dining area is small, with only a limited number of tables, so there may not be a seat if you visit during mealtimes. Still, turnover seemed fairly quick, so I think it would be worth waiting.

Takeaway is available too, so it could be nice to order ahead on Naver and pick it up.

How filling is the Crispy Tender Wrap?

The Crispy Tender Wrap was much more filling than it looked, packed generously with a variety of ingredients.

The tortilla was stuffed full with chicken tenders, corn, and carrot râpée. The meat and vegetables were nicely balanced throughout, so it had great texture and was very satisfying.

The crispy tenders went well with the fresh, crunchy vegetables, and the sauce was delicious too.

I ordered both pasta and a wrap because I wanted a substantial meal, but even just one would have filled me up.

Chili Stir-fried Pasta in L size

The pasta was generous and delicious too. You can choose seafood, chicken breast, or chicken thigh as the main topping, then add whatever extras you want, such as a fried egg, mushrooms, or shrimp.

The standard size is M, but you can upgrade to L for just ₩1,000, so I ordered the L. I chose seafood and added a fried egg and boiled egg. Again, it was loaded generously with ingredients, and the sauce was so good.

Because it is pasta from a salad specialist, I thought it might be small or light, but it was incredibly satisfying. I do not know what the M portion is like, but I think you can consider the L a double serving. It was so tasty that I cleaned my plate, but I was very full.

Since it is Chili Stir-fried Pasta, I assume the main sauce is chili sauce. It had that distinctive chili flavor, but it was not overly intense or salty, which I liked. The seasoning was just right overall, and I enjoyed it so much.

It was slightly spicy too, so it paired really well with the tender wrap.

Salads and poke bowls often have the image of being healthy food that leaves you wanting a little more, but the food here did not leave me wanting anything.

Recommended for a Yeouido office-worker lunch

There was only one person cooking, but they were quick with their hands, so the food came out fairly fast. When you go for lunch in Yeouido, the lines at most popular restaurants are no joke, and once you factor in the time for food to arrive, an hour goes by in no time.

If you can get takeaway, order ahead; if you are dining in, try going as soon as lunchtime starts.
