Sinnonhyeon blind date pasta spot, handmade porcini gnocchi: Brivit

I went to Brivit, a great-vibe pasta spot in Gangnam Station that's perfect for a blind date 😚 You can have a lovely lunch here, so it's a really good meeting place too~~ I'm recommending it as a date spot, too!!

Getting to Brivit Gangnam Station and parking

Brivit Gangnam Station is about 2 minutes from Exit 6 of Sinnonhyeon Station, and parking is difficult, so you'll need a nearby paid parking lot. The pink sign stands out, so it's easy to find.

From Exit 6 of Sinnonhyeon Station, walk straight up for about 2 minutes and a cute pink sign will greet you!! It's also about 4 minutes from the bus stop, so it's easy to get to (✿◡‿◡)

Parking is hard, so just use a paid lot nearby haha

What are Brivit Gangnam Station's opening hours?

Brivit Gangnam Station is open daily from 11:30 to 21:15, with last order at 20:30. The hours run long from lunch to dinner, so it's a Gangnam Station restaurant you can visit anytime haha

Open-feeling terrace seats are ready~~ I bet it's really nice when it's bright out 😘 There are group seats too, and it's one of those trendy, good-vibe places that suits anniversaries hahahaha If you're looking for a Gangnam Station date or blind date spot, I'd suggest asking ahead of time

I think everyone should go~~ I'd recommend it when you're looking for a Western restaurant with a nice atmosphere haha

Self bar, terrace seats and interior vibe

At the Brivit Gangnam Station self bar you can grab water, pickles, tissues and wet wipes, and you can charge your phone too. Inside the restaurant there's a terrace area decorated with green plants.

You can easily grab water and pickles at the self bar!!!! You can take tissues and wet wipes too~~ And you can charge your phone as well 💖

There are terrace seats too, so you can eat while feeling the cool air!! The terrace built inside the restaurant is decorated with all kinds of green plants, and it's healing just to look at hahaha

There are lots of other seats too, so it was really nice to eat at leisure (≧∀≦)ゞ It's a Gangnam Station place with a wait, but tables turn over well too!!

What did we eat at Brivit?

At Brivit Gangnam Station I had three dishes: porcini shrimp gnocchi, fried eggplant and salmon steak pasta. Amazing, right ㅠㅠ The looks were incredible too, and just looking at the photos makes me want to eat it again 😭😭

Can you see this giant pepper mill hahaha They grind it over the pasta for you, and I was already excited before eating!!! If you're looking for a pasta place in Gangnam Station, it's right here~~

Salmon steak pasta: slightly spicy ragù and salmon

Brivit's salmon steak pasta is a tomato pasta with a salmon steak on top of a clean, only slightly spicy ragù sauce!! It comes with vegetables too, so it isn't greasy at all, and from texture to taste it all fit together really well 👍

The pasta noodles are so good too ㅜㅜㅜ and the salmon steak is perfect..... Eaten together they melt in your mouth, and the tableware is pretty and the plating is amazing, so it's a fine blind date spot in Sinnonhyeon too!!!

The salmon was soft and mild and so good... and it went well with the sour cream-like sauce too!! The pasta was so delicious that I scraped the plate clean hahahahahaha

Porcini shrimp gnocchi: handmade gnocchi in cream sauce

Brivit's porcini shrimp gnocchi, apparently, has gnocchi that is 100% handmade hahahahaha The handmade gnocchi, crisp outside and chewy inside, comes in a cream base using porcini mushrooms and shrimp, and it's amazing ㅠㅠ I never knew mushrooms could taste this good!!

When you eat the cream sauce, gnocchi and shrimp in one bite, a party breaks out in your mouth hahaha The bouncy shrimp, the crisp-outside chewy-inside gnocchi and the rich, mild cream sauce are perfect

A Gangnam lunch spot that was so delicious it moved me

The gnocchi is packed with mushrooms and shrimp, so nothing was lacking when eating them together, and it paired well with the salmon steak pasta too 🩷

Spicy fried eggplant: chipotle sauce and lemon

I tried the spicy fried eggplant as a side too!! Crisp outside and moist inside, it's a taste I'd definitely want again, and even people who hate eggplant would love it 🥰

The key to Brivit's fried eggplant is the spicy chipotle sauce~~ It's so good with a squeeze of lemon too 💓 I bet nobody knew fried eggplant could be this good hahahahaha

Dipped in chipotle sauce it was slightly spicy, so the fried food wasn't greasy at all, which was great~~

Is Brivit a good Sinnonhyeon blind date spot?

Brivit Gangnam Station has nothing missing in plating, taste or atmosphere, and I totally understood why it's famous as a Gangnam Station lunch date spot!!! If you're looking for a Sinnonhyeon date or blind date restaurant, I recommend the cute, pretty Brivit Gangnam.

The cheese waterfall steak looked so good too that I'm definitely going back next time (❁´◡`❁)
