Byway Bakers Balsan Station is a bakery café in Gangseo, Seoul. After a health checkup, I took home egg salt bread, butter rice cake, three financiers, and tarts; the rich, sweet financiers were the clear favorite. Verdict: a definite return visit for anyone with a sweet tooth.
