The location is near Mugyo-dong/Gwanghwamun, so it's perfect for stopping by after work or before an appointment! The moment you walk in you're greeted by a clean, cozy interior, and there's a shared room at the end of the hallway (curtains for privacy) as well as private single-person care rooms — a really comfortable, private place to get treated haha.

Consultation and choosing the three-treatment program

First you check off your current concerns and write them out in detail on a chart, then the consultation manager explains everything super thoroughly and picks a customized program for your skin type! My concerns were oily-on-top-but-dehydrated-underneath skin, plus a double chin and undefined jawline.

She analyzed my face carefully while we looked in the mirror together, then recommended hand care, bamboo contour care, and HIFU lifting care. I loved that she suggested multiple programs without any pressure — and since I was already there, I decided to do all three to really see the double chin lifting effect! Hehe......

I changed into a clean disposable top gown and lay down on a bed with a warm electric mat running under cool AC — honestly heaven, that combo...♥ The staff were all so kind and guided me through everything, so I felt relaxed even before the treatment started ㅠㅠ

1. Hand contour care: releasing the trapezius and décolletage

First up was hand contour care! Instead of an oil that could trigger breakouts, they used a gentle massage cream — with a subtle aroma scent that calmed my mind and body, so good,,💆‍♀️ Using fingers all the way to elbows, they swept from my face down through the trapezius and upper back. It was gentle yet released deep muscle tension with a subtle pressure that felt amazing. They kept checking in on the pressure and how I was doing, which made it super comfortable haha.

2. Bamboo contour care with a special bamboo stick

Next was bamboo contour care using a specially made bamboo stick from Beautae Esthetic! Apparently the bamboo material itself releases negative ions to cool the skin, and can target deep into the fascia in spots hands can't reach. They worked through the fat under my chin from deep within — not painfully at all, just a pleasant, appropriately cool sensation! Too much pressure can actually cause more swelling or asymmetry, but they used just the right amount, so I was very satisfied 🥹

3. HIFU lifting for the double chin and jawline

The final main treatment was HIFU lifting double chin care! They use a weaker output than a dermatology clinic, but fire more shots slowly. So there was zero pain or irritation, just a comfortable session haha. They worked in detail from the cheekbones all the way down to under the chin, and I could immediately feel my jawline firm up and lift ⚡ Apparently the HIFU device grips the facial fascia that was already lifted by the contour care one more time, boosting how long the results last!
