Crab-stick keto gimbap takeout with two sauces in Euljiro: 29 Tamago
29 Tamago Euljiro Branch is a keto gimbap (seaweed rice roll) restaurant on the 2nd floor near Euljiro3-ga Station in Jung-gu, Seoul, using rolled egg instead of rice. Visiting right at 5pm when break time ended, the writer got crab-stick keto gimbap and carrot rapée keto gimbap to go, each paired with its own soy-mayo or ssamjang-mayo sauce. Made to order in about 5 minutes, it turned out to be a hearty, healthy meal on its own.
