Old-school gopchang restaurant in Bangi-dong, Seoul: Jinseong Hanwoo
Jinseong Hanwoo Gopchang Bangi Direct Branch is a beef gopchang (grilled beef intestines) restaurant in Bangi-dong, Songpa, Seoul, with the relaxed feel of an old-school neighborhood spot. On this return visit the order was two servings of gopchang and one of daechang (large intestine), plus anchovy noodles and kkakdugi (radish kimchi) fried rice, rounded out with house-made kimchi and a complimentary steamed egg. Jinseong Hanwoo Gopchang is worth going back to whenever a gopchang craving hits in Bangi-dong.
