The meat arrives pre-seared so it is easy to grill, and the polished mood suits a date or a pre-wedding gathering.

Ansan taco spot for a daytime beer: gambas taco, The Taco Booth

The Taco Booth Ansan Gojan Branch is a New York-style Mexican taco restaurant on Gwangdeokseo-ro in Gojan-dong, Ansan. Over a lunchtime visit the writer ordered one signature birria taco (13,600 won) and one gambas taco (12,500 won) a la carte, with a draft beer (4,000 won) and a lime Pepsi Zero. The juicy birria and the bright, zesty gambas taste completely different, so ordering one of each at The Taco Booth is the way to go.
