Yongsan Station diet food takeout: beef cobb plate combo at Prepace
In short
Prepace Diet Food Yongsan is a high-protein diet food restaurant a 5-minute walk from Yongsan Station in Seoul. On a Sunday evening just before closing, the writer took away a beef cobb plate combo and a beef salad pasta to eat at home, and the steak portion was generous and still tasted good after it had cooled. Even if you are not dieting, Prepace Diet Food Yongsan makes a more satisfying meal than an average pasta brunch spot.

This time I visited Prepace Diet Food Yongsan. I expected diet food to mean small portions, but this place shatters that assumption — generous portions and packed with protein. A great solo dining spot in Yongsan.
Even people who aren't dieting can come here for beef bowls, beef pasta, or pork salad that's more filling, healthier, and tastier than what you'd get at a regular brunch or pasta place.

How to walk to Prepace Diet Food Yongsan from Yongsan Station
Prepace has a neon sign that's easy to spot from a distance. It's about a 5-minute walk from Yongsan Station. There aren't really any satisfying options at Yongsan I'Park Mall nearby, but choosing Prepace guarantees a meal you won't regret.

Inside Prepace Diet Food Yongsan: atmosphere and seating
Inside there are several tables for dining in.

It was close to closing time on a Sunday evening, so seats were plentiful.

Someone who clearly hits the gym hard was also dining there. Prepace — a place gym rats love!

How well did the Prepace takeout hold up?
We ordered takeout, and the packaging was done carefully. They wrapped a band around it so nothing leaked.

Beef cobb plate combo: a generous amount of steak
This is the beef cobb plate combo. When I opened it up, there was more meat than I expected — so hearty that at first I wondered if this could really be diet food. But the total calorie count is low, so yes, it qualifies. Filling, packed with protein, and healthy too — truly a triple win.

You can tell at a glance the steak portion is generous. It doesn't come across fully in photos, but the steak alone is enough to fill you up. The menu said it has over 50g of protein, and I was surprised at how much more than that it seemed. This isn't the kind of diet food where you eat a little, it tastes bad, and you just endure it. Filling, tasty, and nutritious — hard to beat for the value.

The steak was cooked just right too. It seemed to be sous vide — overall moist and tender, with real beef flavor throughout.

Lemon garlic or balsamic: which sauce to pick
There's also a generous amount of vegetable salad, including broccoli. There were two sauce options, lemon garlic and balsamic — I chose the garlic lemon sauce to avoid overlapping with the salad pasta's sauce. The garlic sauce itself was delicious, and it kept everything tasting fresh and never got tiring.

Beef salad pasta: the pick for a big appetite
This is the beef salad pasta! The amount of steak is huge!!!! They packed in so many vegetables too, they kept coming no matter how much I ate. Underneath the steak there's also a generous layer of pasta. Better in both taste and quantity than a mediocre pasta place.

There's really a lot of steak in it, and most importantly, it tasted really good. Even after being carried home and not served hot, the beef still tasted great.

Loaded with vegetables too, this really deserves to be called healthy diet food. Low total calories but high protein content — great to eat after a workout.

And the pasta tossed in sauce was also really good. The sauce was tasty enough that I dipped both the vegetables and the meat in it.

Cobb plate or salad pasta: which should you order?
Laid side by side like this, it looks really hearty. If you're very hungry, I'd recommend the salad pasta!

Compared to the plain salad pasta, the cobb salad has onion, corn, and tomato, which pair even better with the meat and add more texture. If you're not extremely hungry, the cobb salad is a menu you won't regret either.

Dipping it in the lemon garlic sauce, I ate plenty of vegetables without getting tired of them. My husband usually watches his protein intake when eating, and he was satisfied the whole meal, praising it as truly good value.
If there's a Prepace near you, do stop by even if dieting or working out isn't your goal! It was more generous and far more satisfying than a premium boxed meal delivery in the ₩10,000s or a so-so pasta brunch restaurant.
