Maybe because of the interior, I didn't feel tense even while waiting for my treatment, and it felt less like coming to get my hair done and more like dropping in for a little rest.

At Toni&Guy Seongsu, the treatment went ahead in the order explained after the consultation. My stylist helped me figure out what kind of hair I wanted and picked up on my needs. Honestly it was hard for me to explain what I wanted, but the detailed consultation helped me find it!

Also, at every step they told me what they were doing right then, so I knew what I was getting. At salons, when a treatment keeps going with no explanation, I find it hard to speak up even if I wonder about something, but since they explained from the start, it was actually easy to ask questions. They also set out drinks and snacks for me, which was so comfortable.

Another thing I liked: Toni&Guy Seongsu has a separate space for perm treatments! Staring blankly at myself in the mirror for hours is exhausting, but here I could relax without bumping into other customers.
