Mellows is a late-night ice cream café near Ttukseom Station in Seongdong, Seoul. After work, I had matcha and affogato soft ice cream with coffee, then relaxed at an outdoor table. Verdict: a lovely stop for rich milk ice cream and a cool late-evening atmosphere.
