Gyukatsu restaurant in Seoul Station with cheese and mochi: Ichigyu
Ichigyu Seoul Station Branch is a brazier-grilled gyukatsu (Japanese breaded beef cutlet) restaurant on basement level 1 of the LG Seoul Station Building in Jung-gu, Seoul. On a weekend lunch visit the writer ordered the most basic gyukatsu, topped it with butter and seared it briefly on the tabletop brazier, then grilled cheese and mochi rice cake from the in-store event alongside it. Ichigyu Seoul Station Branch has a set last order time, so checking Naver Reservation before going is worth it.
