What we ordered: the Pho Witch sibling set for two

We ordered the Sibling Set. It comes with the sibling seafood nasi goreng, sibling's devoted pho, whole shrimp balls, and a drink.

We tried the set that comes with pho, seafood nasi goreng, and whole shrimp balls together. For two people, it seemed like better value than ordering each dish separately, since you get to share a variety of dishes evenly. Haha^^

The basic side dishes are pickled onions and danmuji (yellow pickled radish)! Extra refills can be conveniently ordered via tablet.

Siblings' Heartfelt Pho: how is the broth?

The broth at Pho Witch wasn't heavy or murky — it was clean yet deep and rich in flavor. The spice aroma wasn't overpowering, so it's a pho that anyone, young or old, could comfortably enjoy!!

Set menu portions are usually on the smaller side, but this bowl was surprisingly packed full of noodles and meat, making it satisfying and filling.

If you're a big eater, there's an option to add extra noodles, so add some and eat until you're stuffed!!!

The clean, deep broth kept me slurping nonstop, sip after sip!!!!! I think it would taste even better in winter.^^ The broth had no gamey smell or overpowering spice, so it's the kind of broth any Korean would like without hesitation.

Whole shrimp balls at Pho Witch: how do they taste?

The whole shrimp balls served as a side had whole shrimp meat packed inside the batter, giving a lively, springy chew.

Crispy outside, moist inside — dipping them into the chili sauce that came with them made for a perfect combo. With the shrimp texture still bouncy and fresh, this is a side dish I'd definitely recommend!

Siblings' seafood nasi goreng at Pho Witch

The seafood nasi goreng was loaded with a variety of seafood like mussels, squid, and shrimp, so it looked hearty right from the start! The fried egg came out soft-boiled just right, and mixing it in with the rice right away makes it even tastier as the yolk soaks into the grains.

The seafood's savory flavor was well absorbed between the grains of rice, so my spoon kept going back for more. The portion was fairly generous too, so I was full after finishing it.

The nasi goreng's distinctive salty seasoning was just the right amount to whet the appetite, and it paired nicely with the pho broth too.^^
