Why did I switch the kids' supplements?
When winter came, the kids were spending less time outdoors than usual. It felt like a hassle to give them vitamin D separately alongside their usual multivitamin, so I switched to Tunteun Kids Cal-Mag Plus K2, which contains calcium, magnesium, and vitamin D together.

When choosing a product, I checked whether it included calcium and magnesium.

What comes in a box, and what is the daily serving?
This is a product that lets you take calcium, magnesium, vitamin D3, and vitamin K2 in one packet a day. It was convenient not to have to take out several different things separately.

The product arrived wrapped in bubble wrap. The one I received had a best-before date of July 2027, which felt nicely generous.

When I opened the box, there were 30 packets in total. At one packet a day, that is a month's supply.

Did the kids like the strawberry milk flavor?
The kids like strawberry milk flavor, so they looked for it first. Sometimes I buy something and cannot get them to take it because it does not taste good, but this time they ate it well even when I did not remind them every time, which was nice.

I liked the product color too. At first, the kids thought it was my supplement, then were delighted when I told them it was theirs.

Is it easy for kids to open and take themselves?
It is a powder, and the packaging tore open easily by hand without scissors. It was easy for the kids to open and take on their own.

As soon as I tore open a packet, I could smell strawberry. I tried one packet too, and I thought it tasted good.

I got to see the kids take it themselves.

What else did I look at besides the flavor?
Besides the flavor and how it is taken, I looked at the ingredients and nutrient blend. I liked that several ingredients were included in one packet.

I also liked that each serving was individually packaged, which felt hygienic.

Was it easy to take along when going out?
At home, I kept it where the kids' supplements go. When we went out, it was easy to put in a pouch or the front pocket of a bag. Sometimes the kids ate it outside and even brought the empty packet back with them.

After trying it myself, the strawberry milk flavor the kids could eat without resistance and the easy-to-carry individual packaging were especially convenient.
