North Korea-view Paju café, scallion cream cheese bread: Four & More
In short
Four & More is a large bakery café on Soraji-ro in Paju, Gyeonggi, running across floors 1 to 4, with glass walls and a rooftop that look out toward North Korea. The writer toured the seating on each floor and the rooftop, then ate freshly baked scallion cream cheese bread and pizza, and was pleased by the widely spaced tables, the wide variety of breads and the crispy pizza crust. For a Paju drive that pairs an unusual view with good bread, Four & More is a strong pick.

Today I'm introducing an unusual, huge bakery café in Paju where you can see North Korea. Four & More (포앤모어) runs from the 1st floor to the 4th, and the whole front is glass, so the view is wide open. Seeing North Korea out the window was honestly fascinating. I hear it's a popular stop on Paju drive routes, since you can enjoy a coffee with a view you don't get anywhere else.

Four & More location and opening hours
Four & More is at 235 Soraji-ro, Paju-si, Gyeonggi, South Korea, and it's open from 9:30 to 21:30. Groups are welcome too.
Is parking easy at Four & More?
Four & More has Lot 1, Lot 2 and an underground lot, plus parking attendants, so coming by car is easy. The lots are big, so even on a weekend I had no trouble parking. It's a great place to visit by car.
Seating and atmosphere on each floor

The seating from the 2nd to the 4th floor has a similar feel throughout. Everything is behind glass walls, so wherever you sit you get an open view. Best of all, the tables are spaced widely and there are a huge number of seats, so even with lots of people it never felt stuffy. On the 2nd floor there was a cutely decorated white-toned area like this one.
The 3rd and 4th floors had the best views

Personally, the 3rd and 4th floors had the best views. The high ceilings and glass walls make everything feel even more open, and you can see the scenery toward the Imjingang River and even Bukhansan Mountain in the distance, which I found amazing. Many of the seats are wide dining-style tables rather than typical café tables, so you can really spread out. There are also big tables that seat 10 or more, which looked great for group gatherings or families.

The 3rd floor even has a small outdoor table area where you can get some fresh air.

The 4th floor had even more wide tables that suit groups. With plenty of seats on every floor, guests were naturally spread out. Nowhere felt crowded, so it wasn't noisy and I could enjoy my coffee in a relaxed atmosphere.
The rooftop at Four & More, a Paju café with North Korea views
Four & More also has a rooftop. The view toward North Korea is better than from inside, and it's much more open. That said, it's too hot to sit out there right now.

The 1st-floor bakery: what breads can you get?
The 1st floor is the bakery where you pick your bread, with a huge variety including salt bread, croissants, cakes and pastries. The space is enormous too, so if you love bread, choosing might take you a good while.

There's even a separate bakery room further inside!

There were lots of eye-catching quirky breads too, like a real sweet potato bread that looks just like an actual sweet potato, and a bread shaped like a cute turtle. They're made so adorably that I think kids would love them.

Besides those, there were plenty of other tasty-looking breads, like jambon-beurre (ham and butter baguette sandwich) and a Dubai chocolate croissant.

Drinks, cakes and brunch menu at Four & More
There's a wide range of drinks, and a variety of cakes sold up front. Besides bread, there are also brunch dishes like pizza and pasta, so many people come for a meal too.

Drinks and meals have separate buzzers, and meals are cooked to order, so they take a while!

How were the scallion cream cheese bread and pizza?
The thing I liked most at Four & More was the freshly baked scallion cream cheese bread. The drinks were clean-tasting and good overall, but personally the bread won me over. Maybe because I ate it warm, the scallion cream cheese bread was even better. Cream cheese and scallion go together beautifully inside the soft bread, and I kept reaching for more.

The pizza we ordered with it was better than I expected. The dough was baked crisp with a great texture, and I even enjoyed the crust at the edge. The saltiness wasn't overpowering, so I kept reaching for that too. If you're looking for a big café in Paju where you can see North Korea, give Four & More a visit.
