Seongsu restaurant for octopus avocado carpaccio: Billadeubeulleu
Billadeubeulleu Seongsu is a terrace brunch restaurant in Seongdong, Seoul. I tried the ₩25,000 abalone squid-ink risotto, ₩21,000 octopus avocado carpaccio, and ₩9,000 gnocchi frittes. The tender octopus with fresh dill oil was the clear winner.
