Songdo bakery café soft salt bread, no baguette crunch: Cozy Bear
Cafe Cozy Bear Salt Bread Bakery Songdo Hagwonga Branch is a new salt bread bakery café in the private-academy district of Songdo District 1, Yeonsu, Incheon. Four plain salt breads (3,500 won each) and one garlic salt bread (5,000 won) were taken home, and the garlic version had knife cuts scored across the top so the garlic flavor soaked all the way inside, while the plain salt bread stayed soft and moist instead of hard. Cozy Bear suits anyone who dislikes salt bread that is as tough as a baguette.
