Eolkeunhan Ppyeo Haejangguk Suwon Ingye Branch is a 24-hour pork bone soup restaurant in a Suwon Ingye-dong alley near Exit 6 of Suwon City Hall Station. After a greasy latte breakfast, the writer stopped by solo for lunch and ordered the spicy pork bone udon soup, digging into chewy udon noodles and meaty backbone along with self-bar side dishes and free ice cream. With adjustable spice levels and a spacious layout, it works equally well for solo diners and group gatherings.
