Hungry while shopping at the Express Bus Terminal? Bapjangin Express Bus Terminal Branch
Bapjangin Express Bus Terminal Branch (밥장인 고속터미널점) is a Korean rice restaurant I dropped into in a hurry because I got so hungry while shopping in the terminal's underground mall. I came away with a properly filling Korean meal at a great spot in the terminal.

Bapjangin sells a wide range of Korean dishes that no Korean can resist, and I liked that the prices were reasonable while the meal felt really satisfying.

The savory sauce really woke up my appetite, and I was completely satisfied with such a filling, clean Korean meal!

There's also seaweed flakes at every seat, and sprinkling them over the rice is absolute heaven, so it made this terminal spot's Korean meal even tastier.

You can also wrap everything in fresh lettuce for an even healthier, tastier meal, so I was totally happy,, and recharged.

How to find Bapjangin in the Express Bus Terminal food court
Bapjangin is in the first-basement food court area of the terminal, across from Shinsegae Factory. I came to shop at Enter6 and got so hungry I walked in, and thanks to the location it was easy to find.

Can you eat alone with a suitcase at the Express Bus Terminal?
You can leave your suitcase near the entrance and eat, so it's a handy place if you came for a bus and get hungry. The route was so convenient too.

The staff were friendly and cleared and wiped tables right away, so the meal was pleasant, and it felt like a good place to eat alone.

It's a relaxed atmosphere where you can have a filling Korean meal without any pressure, so it felt like a place I'd be happy to visit any time,,🩵

Tablet ordering and side dishes at Bapjangin
Each seat has a tablet where you can see the whole menu at a glance, order and pay right away, which was so convenient!

The side dishes were set out right after I ordered, and the neat, tidy presentation put me in a good mood and got me excited before I even started eating.

How was the Bapjangin bulgogi set?
What I ordered was the fire-grilled bulgogi set, full of smoky flavor~ There were lots of dishes I wanted, but this one called to me most, and it looked hearty and appetizing right away.

The bulgogi set came neatly laid out on a full tray, and just looking at it made me happy. I got a big healthy dose of protein.

When you're eating alone but don't want to just grab anything, you can still have a proper Korean meal by yourself. I loved it, and both the look and the quality were great.

Freshly cooked black rice and lettuce wraps
The rice with the bulgogi set is black rice (heukmi), which feels healthier and is totally my taste. It was freshly cooked and pleasantly chewy, so so delicious!

Bulgogi plus lettuce wraps is a perfect pair, and the lettuce was obviously fresh at a glance, so I could enjoy the bulgogi even more.

Seaweed flakes at every seat
Bapjangin has seaweed flakes (gimgaru) at every seat. Sprinkled over the rice, it was heavenly, and I liked that I could add as much as I wanted.

With the deeply savory seaweed flakes sprinkled on, the rice was just pure heaven,, honestly !!!

The bulgogi had a lovely smoky, fire-grilled flavor and was so good. I was so hungry my hands were practically shaking, and after filling up on protein I finally felt at ease.

Eating bulgogi, lettuce and side dishes together was even more filling and tasty, and I was so happy to have a healthy, proper meal.
