Pyeonbaek Hoegwan Main Branch (편백회관 본점) is an all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu restaurant on the 2nd floor of Meichae Plaza in Jungsan-dong, Yeongjong, Incheon. A couple visited Pyeonbaek Hoegwan just after 5pm on a weekday and ate the full course: pyeonbaek-jjim (meat and vegetables steamed in a cypress box) first, then beef brisket and flat iron shabu-shabu in half spicy mushroom, half plain broth, finishing with kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) and porridge. They got a table without waiting, though the room filled up quickly during the meal, and the self-serve tteokbokki and friendly staff were the highlights.
