Sushi Doku The Songdo is a sushi restaurant on the 2nd floor of Onesta Mall in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon. Arriving at the 11am opening, the writer ordered the best-selling premium sushi special set (myeongpum sushi teuk-jeongsik), served as a one-person tray with 10 pieces of sushi plus steamed egg, salad, mini udon, karaage and fried shrimp. Because everyone gets their own tray, Sushi Doku The Songdo works well for a Songdo lunch meet-up or a light team dinner.
