Daehwa Sutbul Garden Siheung Janggok Branch is a charcoal-grilled beef rib restaurant in Janggok-dong, Siheung, Gyeonggi, known for Gyeongju-style short ribs seasoned to order at the table. A couple ordered one Gyeongju-style seasoned beef short rib plate for 59,000 won, which came with handmade sausage, chicken dogani (knee-joint cut), tortillas, kalguksu hand-cut noodles and red bean injeolmi ice cream. Tables at Daehwa Sutbul Garden are partitioned with strong ventilation, and the single set was filling enough for two people to give up before finishing.
