Gijang outlet restaurant revisit for shrimp anchovy pasta: Bueokgan
Bueokgan Restaurant, Shinsegae Simon Busan Premium Outlets is a Western restaurant at the very back of the NORTH building's first floor at the Gijang outlet mall in Busan. Craving the young cabbage Caesar salad and lasagna from a previous visit, the writer returned and added shrimp anchovy pasta; the salad and lasagna seemed slightly overcooked this time, but the flavor was still excellent. It's a great spot to shop and eat in one place without worrying about parking.
