Gang Galbitang Seomyeon is a galbitang (short rib soup) restaurant on Saessak-ro in Busanjin, Busan. Visiting for dinner with a kid, the writer ordered the basic galbitang with added Jeju jungmyeon noodles, and their picky kid — who won't eat tough meat — finished the whole bowl. The ribs are so tender the bone slides right out, and the chewy noodles keep the family coming back.
