Why we came to Hanmaeum Meat Restaurant Songdo Timespace branch during a Songdo hotel stay

Hanmaeum Meat Restaurant Songdo Timespace branch (한마음정육식당 송도타임스페이스점) is an aged-meat butcher-shop restaurant at Unit 205-208, 2nd floor, Building B, 158 Hamoni-ro, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon. We came to a hotel for a staycation, and there happened to be a great meat place nearby. I'd heard you can try aged meat at a reasonable price, so we went for dinner.

Hanmaeum opening hours and parking

Hanmaeum Meat Restaurant Songdo Timespace branch is open Saturday and Sunday 12:00-22:00 and Monday to Friday 16:00-22:00. Last order is 21:30 every day, and the play room also closes at 21:30.

Parking: there is an underground car park, and parking is free.

A Songdo BBQ restaurant for kids? The big kids' zone and the atmosphere

The inside of Hanmaeum Meat Restaurant Songdo Timespace branch is spacious, so it's great for family meals or get-togethers, and the mood is relaxed. There's a large kids' zone too, so it's a good place to visit with children, just so you know!!

It was clean and we were welcomed right away, so we could sit down immediately. The staff were very kind! We ordered the half-beef set and naengmyeon.

Doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew) came out along with vegetables and side dishes, and the play area was right in front of us, so it's perfect for visiting with a child haha

You can watch the kids play while you eat, so you can enjoy your meal without worrying, right? haha

Hanmaeum side dishes and the scallion salad with noodles

At Hanmaeum Meat Restaurant Songdo Timespace branch, the table is set almost right after you order, and the side dishes look really appetizing. Scallion salad (pa-chae) is usually just seasoned scallions, but here it has noodles mixed in, so it tastes a bit like jjolmyeon (chewy spicy noodles) and goes well with the meat haha The seasoning cuts the greasiness.

Aged half-beef set and naengmyeon: how did it taste?

The aged half-beef set at Hanmaeum Meat Restaurant Songdo Timespace branch comes beautifully plated, doesn't it? haha The meat is said to go through two aging processes of 144 hours at a low 2°C. You can taste the best flavor and the true taste of the meat, just so you know!!

We grilled the meat slowly, and since naengmyeon is a must for my kid, we added that too.

I tasted piece by piece as it grilled, and the juiciness~ and the flavor haha It was so good that I kept eating. True to being a premium aged raw-meat specialist brand, Hanmaeum's meat is really delicious!!

The meat is so tender and soft, really delicious

Eaten with the naengmyeon it goes even better haha It vanished in a flash! I wrapped it in lettuce too and tasted it that way!!

Is Hanmaeum Meat Restaurant Songdo Timespace branch worth a return visit?

Even the doenjang jjigae went perfectly with everything! It was careful, clean and really appetizing, and we were satisfied with all of it. It's a great place for a family dinner out or to visit with friends, and one I'd like to come back to.

Being close to the hotel was great too. It was a lovely dinner with my child!!
