Unagi Yondaime Kikukawa One Grove Branch is an eel rice bowl restaurant in Gangseo, Seoul. I enjoyed its premium hitsumabushi and umaki in stages, from the eel itself to toppings and dashi broth, and had such a relaxing solo meal. Verdict: a place I want to revisit for a proper eel rice bowl.
