In short
MUSEO (무제오) is a Korean fine dining restaurant on the B1 floor of 20 Gangnam-daero 47-gil in Seocho, Seoul, between Gangnam Station and Yangjae Station, serving a premium lunch baekban (set meal) made with seasonal ingredients. On a late lunch visit, the full MUSEO course ran from steamed egg with abalone, ox foot with brisket and Spanish mackerel to a beef tartare baekban with heart-shaped jeyuk bokkeum (spicy stir-fried pork) and makgeolli ice cream. Where is MUSEO, and where do you park?
MUSEO is on the B1 floor at 20 Gangnam-daero 47-gil, Seocho-gu, Seoul, 572 m from Yangjae Station Exit 2. It is open daily 10:00-22:00, with a break time of 14:30-17:30 and last order at 20:00.

MUSEO is a Korean fine dining spot in Yangjae, between Gangnam Station and Yangjae Station! It's about a 5-minute walk from the station, so you can come from whichever side is easier for you. You can park in the paid lot right next door, and I heard they cover 1 hour of parking, so those of you driving, take note!

If you come in through the parking lot side instead of the entrance in the photo above, it's decorated so beautifully, haha. It's such a classy Korean fine dining spot that the atmosphere is amazing even before you step inside.

Is MUSEO a good spot for a company lunch?
On weekdays, lots of office workers from the neighborhood come to MUSEO for group lunches. The inside is even nicer! Haha. I went for a slightly late lunch and there were still plenty of big groups. What a great company to work for..! Haha. It's a Yangjae Korean fine dining spot that's great for team lunches!

I snapped this quickly once the customers had thinned out. It has a bit of a wine bar feel, and the atmosphere is crazy good, right? Haha. It's also great for treating yourself on an anniversary, so go visit soon~ The prices are reasonable too, so you can enjoy it without any pressure (ꈍヮꈍ)ෆ

MUSEO Lunch Premium Baekban: price and menu
The lunch menu at MUSEO is the Lunch Premium Baekban for ₩49,000 (for 2 people). At lunch you get to enjoy the premium baekban. There's a beef tartare baekban and an amberjack baekban, so pick whichever suits your taste.
They also sell the world's most beloved champagne! It must be a really good one.. If you popped a bottle at a company dinner, I bet you'd want to stay at that company for life.. haha.

First course: steamed egg and Wando abalone
The first dish of the MUSEO lunch course was egg and abalone! The egg is topped with spinach and anchovies, and on the bread there's a gaeu (sea squirt innards) sauce with Wando abalone sitting right on top! Wow.. it looks great and tastes great too, doesn't it??
The steamed egg was super soft and warm, which made it even better. The anchovies added a crispy texture so it wasn't bland! The abalone was so tender and rich, and the truffle aroma just burst through!! These were really good dishes to start with.

MUSEO's ox foot with beef brisket
Next up, ox foot! Wow haha. I bet you can only see ox foot looking like this at MUSEO, the Yangjae Korean fine dining spot. It gets even tastier when you eat it with the salad and sauce served alongside.
There's brisket inside, so you can feel both the bouncy texture and the grain of the meat! Eating it with the crunchy, spicy vegetables made the taste clean and crisp, which I liked even more.

My favorite: Spanish mackerel with freeze-dried kimchi and pistachios
The mackerel was my top pick! How did they know mackerel is my favorite fish, haha. It's sprinkled with freeze-dried kimchi and pistachios. It looks so pretty and tastes even prettier ⁽⁽ପ( •ु﹃ •ु) .⑅*♡
The mackerel melts in your mouth. It's so soft you could happily eat it without teeth! The aroma and nuttiness of the pistachios hit every now and then, so it never gets boring!!
What comes with the MUSEO beef tartare baekban?
The MUSEO beef tartare baekban comes as one table spread: Hanwoo (Korean beef) tartare namul bibimbap, jeyuk bokkeum (spicy stir-fried pork), coarse-textured gim (seaweed), and mugwort doenjang soup. I could eat a baekban like this every day ₍՞◌′ᵕ‵ू◌₎♡ It all arrives together like this, so it's neat and easy to eat. I totally recommend this Yangjae Korean fine dining spot for team lunches.

Add the chapssal gochujang (sweet rice chili paste) to the Hanwoo tartare namul bibimbap and mix it up! With the jeyuk bokkeum too, it's an even more filling meal! Wrap some in the gim, then take a sip of the mugwort doenjang soup for a really clean finish~
Since it's Hanwoo tartare, it was so fresh and chewy, with a great bite. The gim has a clearly different texture from regular gim, plus a nutty flavor, so wrapping the bibimbap in it was such a good match. The mugwort doenjang soup has a real "I'm mugwort!!" aroma, which I found really charming.

Heart-shaped jeyuk bokkeum (spicy stir-fried pork)
Heart-shaped jeyuk bokkeum, hahaha. Jeyuk really is the lunch answer (?) hahaha. Having the jeyuk definitely made the meal feel more filling and comfortable. It's a Yangjae Korean fine dining spot where you can enjoy dishes that are familiar yet new, haha.

MUSEO's lunch dessert: makgeolli ice cream
The MUSEO lunch course ends with makgeolli (Korean rice wine) ice cream! Dessert comes too, so I was so happy to enjoy the full course properly. It would be even better to come on an anniversary ⁽⁽ପ( •ु﹃ •ु) .⑅*♡
MUSEO is a Yangjae Korean fine dining spot, great for team lunches or dates, where you can enjoy Korean dining made with seasonal ingredients in a modern style!
