My younger daughter, who loves pink, was delighted, saying, “Mom, it’s a pink fish. It’s pretty.” They say that children’s brains and fine motor skills develop when they stimulate and move their fingers a lot. So playing with little toys or blocks like these helps children.

Looking closely at the fish, the screws are made to stick to the magnets. They can play with them in water, but after water play, the moisture really needs to be wiped off well with a dry towel if you want to keep them clean for a long time. That could be very annoying for Mom and Dad, so I’ll keep it a secret from the kids. 🙈

They were so colorful that we sorted them by color too. Since my younger daughter started daycare, she has become a little color expert.

There was a tiny air pump, so I tried inflating it, but because it was so small, it took longer than I expected. It was easier and faster just to blow it up with my mouth. Haha.

A fishing tournament in the pink sea

We released the fish into the pink-pink sea and started a fishing tournament. At three, she is really starting to talk, and she shows off her speaking skills with adorable pronunciation. Watching children makes me feel as though they live in a fairy tale. She actually expresses, in words and actions, “Wow, this is exciting!”—something I had only ever read in storybooks. So, so cute haha.

Children always confirm what they know once more and ask more about what they do not know; that is how they learn about the world. With another toy, there would have already been some tussling, but perhaps because there are so many fish, they play together beautifully. My older daughter, who started group life a little earlier, gave the fishing basket to her younger sister. What a sweet-hearted child. 😍

She really fishes them up diligently. Haha.

I thought they might play with it all night. Haha. They played the fishing game for such a long time that I got the dishes done and tidied the messy house. That day, I barely managed to soothe the children, who said they did not want to sleep, and put them to bed.
