Camping-style outdoor seating on the 2nd floor, 3rd floor and rooftop
88 Nogari Bangi Branch has outdoor seating on the 2nd floor, 3rd floor and rooftop. The outdoor area has a camping-ground concept, so if you're looking for an outdoor pub in Bangi-dong, I'd recommend giving it a try.

With a name like 88 Nogari, I assumed it only sold dried seafood snacks, but there's a wide range of menu items for both first and second rounds. Great value too.

What we ordered at 88 Nogari Bangi Branch, and the prices
We ordered two dishes: fried chicken gizzards with whole garlic for ₩12,000 and dried pollack (meoktae) for ₩17,000 🫧

Free starter: fried chicken crisps
These are the fried chicken crisps that come as the default snack at 88 Nogari Bangi Branch. They're sprinkled with a salty seasoning, and honestly you could drink a whole glass of beer with just these 👅

Fried chicken gizzards with whole garlic (₩12,000)
The gizzards come with a teriyaki sauce and a white, rich dipping sauce. The portion was enough for two people, and the gizzards themselves are spicy fried chicken gizzards.

The teriyaki-style sauce (I think?) pairs really well with the fried gizzards. I recommend this one for gizzard lovers 🫶🏻

Dried pollack (meoktae) (₩17,000), plenty even for 3 people
At ₩17,000 I thought the dried pollack might be a bit pricey, but the portion was plenty even for 3 people. No matter how much we ate, there was still more, so if you like meoktae, give it a go.

The sauce is delicious and great for dipping generously. It came in a generous two portions. The sauce is sweet and nutty, and the chili peppers weren't very spicy.

Drinks are self-serve, and convenience-store snacks and ramyeon are sold too
Alcohol and soft drinks are self-serve at 88 Nogari Bangi Branch. Just tick them on the order sheet and bring them to your table yourself.

Inside the pub they sell lots of convenience-store snacks and ramyeon (instant noodles). Recommended if a full-on side dish feels like too much! There's a wide variety, and they sold ice cream too.

Would I go back to 88 Nogari Bangi Branch?
If you're looking for an outdoor pub in Bangi-dong, save this one and pay a visit. It isn't too noisy, which actually made it a nice Bangi-dong pub. The snacks are good value and tasty, so I'll probably come again. The nights are still cool, so I'd recommend going before it gets hotter 🫶🏻
