On a weekday visit at 1pm, a solo diner ordered the 12-piece omakase sushi set for 23,000 won plus 3 pieces of fried shrimp, and the meal came with seafood cutlet cabbage salad, mini udon and soybean paste soup as standard. The restaurant was full and the wait was about 10 minutes, but solo dining, takeout and self parking registration are all available, making Ganghan Sushi a solid lunch stop.
