Stroller-friendly Mexican restaurant in Pangyo: burrito, bowl at Eat's
In short
Eat's Mexican Hyundai Department Store Pangyo is a Mexican restaurant on B1 of Hyundai Department Store Pangyo in Seongnam, Gyeonggi, serving tacos, burritos, bowls and quesadillas. The writer visited with a baby and grandmother, pushing a deluxe stroller, and ordered the chili chicken burrito set (₩9,900 plus ₩4,000 for the set) and the grilled beef bowl (₩12,200). The tables are spaced widely enough for the stroller and the portions are generous. Eat's Mexican is good value and a more comfortable place to eat at Hyundai Pangyo than the food court.

Hyundai Department Store Pangyo has the biggest food hall lineup in Korea! Going to see all the dessert pop-ups is half the fun, but beyond the desserts and the sights, the restaurants for a proper meal are all pretty good too. Today's review is Eat's Mexican, on the B1 floor!
What is Eat's Mexican Hyundai Department Store Pangyo like?
Eat's Mexican Hyundai Department Store Pangyo is a Mexican restaurant where, besides tacos, you can eat fajitas, quesadillas, bowls and more. And for the record, it's easy to get into with a stroller! Even a deluxe-size one is no problem to bring in!

Where is it in Hyundai Department Store Pangyo?
Eat's Mexican is on the B1 floor of Hyundai Department Store Pangyo. The store is huge so it can be hard to find, but it's on the side where the department store connects to the subway.
- Strollers allowed
- Takeout is available too

What are the seating and group seats like?
Inside Eat's Mexican Pangyo there are tables for 2–4 people, and a 6-person group area at the back! The tables can be moved, so even the hall can seat 6 or more. With cacti and a bold red backdrop, the interior has a stylish Mexican feel!

I went on a weekday at an in-between hour, so it was fairly quiet. There's no separate break time, so you can eat any time.

There's also a sink inside, and being able to wash your hands means you can eat more hygienically, which is nice. (The area you can see on the left is also a group seating area for up to 6.) It's tucked at the back, so it should be a little quieter.

TACOS GOOD / MORE TACOS POR FAVOR

There's a separate takeout area too. Takeout is available, so keep that in mind :)
What is on the menu, and what are the perks?
The Eat's Mexican menu is divided into platters, tapas, tacos, burritos, bowls, quesadillas, samplers and more.

There are set options for a hearty meal, plus a receipt review perk. (A free soft drink or nacho chips)

Burritos / Bowls / Quesadillas

What did we order for two, and how much was it?
For two people, I ordered one burrito set, one bowl and one soft drink.
- Chili chicken burrito ₩9,900 (+₩4,000 to make it a set)
- Grilled beef bowl ₩12,200: a bowl where you mix brown rice, oats and beef together (it feels like a Mexican bibimbap, a Korean mixed rice bowl.)

Let me note down what we ate in detail.
Grilled beef bowl: flavor and portion
In the photo, the Eat's Mexican grilled beef bowl looks like a salad, but the salsa and meat come together for a varied flavor, and the portion is generous too. Add a tortilla and wrap it up, and it's delicious as well!

What comes with the ₩4,000 set upgrade
For ₩4,000 extra you can upgrade the burrito to a set, which comes with French fries + 2 wings + nachos with 2 sauces. For ₩4,000, that's pretty satisfying side quality!

Chili chicken burrito
The Eat's Mexican chili chicken burrito is filled with chicken, chili sauce, brown rice and vegetables! It's quite wide in diameter, and it's a hearty meal!

The bowl has vegetables on top so it looks like a salad, but underneath it's all mixed together with brown rice, oats, meat, salsa and other ingredients.
Is it okay to go with a baby and a deluxe stroller?
At Eat's Mexican Pangyo the tables are spaced widely, so even a deluxe-size stroller fits. I went to Hyundai Department Store Pangyo with the baby and grandma, and it was easy to eat there with a baby.

Also, this is the burrito I had last time too!! The portion is big, so for the price it's a pretty satisfying place to eat at Hyundai Pangyo.

The prices are quite low, and being able to eat more comfortably than in the food court with a stroller made it even better. Eat's Mexican is a great taco spot in Hyundai Department Store Pangyo, and it was a satisfying meal in many ways.
