What's on the Jongga Mandu menu?

They say Jongga Mandu has spent 7 years making over 2 million dumplings with stubborn dedication, and after a name change it now carries on that deep flavor as "Jongga Mandu." They pride themselves on the clean taste of mandu hand-folded every morning and packed full. Here are the signature dishes the restaurant introduces.
- Clear dumpling hot pot (맑은 만두전골): a clean, deeply savory seafood broth, mild enough for all ages
- Spicy dumpling hot pot (얼큰 만두전골): a refreshing, kick-of-chili broth that works as hangover food or with drinks
- Half-and-half broth dumpling hot pot (반반육수 만두전골, recommended): a popular pick that lets you enjoy mild clear broth and spicy broth in one pot
- Spicy brisket dumpling hot pot (얼큰차돌 만두전골): handmade mandu plus nutty beef brisket for a richer, fuller premium hot pot
- Bibim kalguksu (비빔칼국수, a specialty): spicy-tangy sauce mixed with crushed crispy fried raw mandu, unique to Jongga Mandu

The 8 mandu in the hot pot aren't factory frozen ones; they're real handmade dumplings folded fresh every day with fresh vegetables and meat, easy on the stomach.

Half-and-half broth dumpling hot pot, eaten like shabu-shabu
As the half-and-half broth hot pot cooked up nicely, in went the beef~! I'm a huge shabu-shabu fan, and having all those vegetables and mild beef in a dumpling hot pot like this was so good!

Jongga Mandu's packed handmade dumplings had thin, silky wrappers, and were chewy and tender.

Next, I ate the meat and vegetables shabu-shabu style too~!
