The red brick facade made it easy to find. Isn't the exterior just so pretty? Even a casual snap looks classy! Downtown shares the space with Clap Pizza, so you can enjoy burgers and pizza at the same time.

The first thing that caught my eye when I walked in was the atmosphere.

It's full of the kind of hip vibe Gen Z and millennials love! (I loved it so much... says someone who only pretends to be a MZ kid.) The interior is clean and trendy and the lighting is lovely, so every corner makes a good photo, haha. I totally understand why it shows up on Instagram so often ✨

We went on a weekday evening, and many guests were already eating while new ones kept coming in. Lots of couples on dates and tables of friends made it lively! There were a lot of delivery orders too.

This is the Downtown counter. At first I didn't realize it shares the space with Clap Pizza, so I went to the pizza counter and tried to order a burger. Oops! 💦

Honestly, the moment the food arrived I gasped... The look of it was amazing... 👀 The burgers are big and packed with ingredients, so I see why so many people take photos.

How does the Downtown Single taste?

Personally, I think the Downtown Single is the menu item where you feel the basics of a handmade burger best. From the first bite, the juiciness and flavor of the patty hit you, and the meaty taste really comes through.

The patty was moist and satisfying to chew, and the bun was soft, so the overall balance was great T_T The sauce wasn't overly strong either, so it let the ingredients shine! If you love handmade burgers, I'd recommend it once, twice, no, definitely.

Downtown Avocado Burger: is there plenty of avocado?

The Avocado Burger had a really generous amount of avocado. I love avocado, and the soft, nutty avocado paired with the juicy patty was a fantastic combination. 🥑

It was perfectly ripe, so the texture was super soft. The creamy avocado made the burger feel much richer, and with the fresh vegetables I never got tired of it until the last bite. I think anyone who likes avocado will be very satisfied. I was totally happy with it!

Chicken fries and dipping sauce on the side

The chicken fries I ordered as a side were better than expected too! Crispy outside and moist inside, great with the burgers.

The punchy savory flavor kept my hand reaching for more. A burger alone might feel slightly lacking, but adding the chicken fries made it a much more satisfying meal!

The sauce... was so good. I can't forget that taste ⭐️

The food was good, but the friendly staff stayed with me too. The female staff member in particular was so kind.. 💗 From ordering to picking up the food the service was friendly, and the shop was kept clean, so I felt comfortable the whole meal. 🫶🏻
