Ingye-dong Suwon BBQ: limited raw prime rib for two at Jipbul Taebaek
Jipbul Taebaek Suwon Ingye Branch is a straw-fire Korean BBQ restaurant on Nahyeseok-gil in Ingye-dong, Suwon. Arriving at 6pm on a weekday, the writer ordered the limited-quantity raw prime rib for two with a bottle of Terra, had the staff grill every piece from start to finish, and dipped it in sauces such as aged soy sauce and neungi mushroom pesto before adding tteok wraps and soybean powder. With no grilling to do yourself, Jipbul Taebaek works just as well for a team dinner as for a date in Ingye-dong.
